Hi students,
Today I wanted to share with you some information to help you spark some ideas for a workout at home. With gyms being limited and/or shutdown, we have been forced to be creative in our home to get some exercise in. With little to no equipment available, what is it that we can do? Well with just your body and maybe a chair that you have around your house, you have a numerous amount of exercises you can perform. For example we have push ups, sit ups, squats, lunge, jumping jacks, burpees just to name a few. I wanted to share the following link from Runner's World as it lists more and provides a GIF and explain on how they can be performed. I suggest taking two or three exercises from each category (upper, core, lower) and performing 8-20 reps each and resting as needed between each movement. For example it may look like this: 8 burpees 8 push ups 12 squat 12 bridges 20 mountain climbers :60 plank hold rest 2 minutes and repeat Let me know if you take a look and make up your own! www.runnersworld.com/training/g23341982/best-bodyweight-exercises/
